As an individual you also have the right to erasure – which is the right to be forgotten (have data permanently deleted).
Sharing Information
We do not store sensitive information such as debit/credit card details but we do share necessary information with the likes of sage pay or other payment software in order to process orders and payments. Any outside material or companies we use are all verified and secure.
We will from time to time share information with shipping companies to allow product delivery. We only share necessary information with other organisations if it is in line with the customer’s needs; for example pallet delivery to an address is going to require us to share such data with one of our trusted courier services. Again, all outside companies we use are verified and secure. On our couriers’ websites we have the option to store customers’ names/addresses/emails to allow quick delivery for regular shipments. We will sometimes use this service if we feel like both ourselves and the individual will benefit from it. If you wish not to have any information stored in this way, please contact us via telephone or email to let us know.
We will only ever share information for legitimate reasons. We may also have to share information if it is for legal reasons or to cooperate with law enforcement.
As a company we do not sell information to third parties.
Sales & Marketing
Any personal data we hold in our system isn’t for any other purpose other than for our own use to ensure we are giving customers the best possible experience for them. We only keep data for as long as it is required and/or for as long as the individual requires us too.
Keeping In touch
We aim to update our data base every 6 months so occasionally we may contact individuals to check information and give them the chance to inform us of any changes. We contact individuals via telephone, email and direct mail.

However we do not encourage sensitive-personal information such as bank details to be passed through social media publically or privately. Sometimes we may share profile names for example peoples Facebook names on our Facebook page in line with our competition T&C’s to announce the winners of our regular competitions.
